Moh Ahmed smashes the North American 5,000m Record
Moh Ahmed broke his own 5,000m metres Canadian record at the Portland Intersquad Meet. He won the race in 12:47.20 minutes and improved his previous mark of 12:53.16 by 6 seconds. Ahmed cracked the world’s top 10 all-time list of 5,000m runners, with his successful result from the weekend.
