Kincaid crushed the 2020 Olympic standard in the 5,000 meters of 13 minutes

for Woody Kincaid it was a nice and very successful evening at Nike’s Michael Johnson Track. With a final sprint he crossed the finish line as first. He ran a big Personal Best in 12:58.10 and crushed the Olympic standard in the 5.000m, his previous personal best was 13:12.22.

Kincaid said: “If you watched the last mile of that race, I lost all form. I lost everything. It was just one step after another. There was nothing left in the tank after that.”
