Jemma Reekie dominates Rome Diamond League
Reekie, the 22-year-old British runner, again showed her striking talent. In a tactical 800m race at the Rome Diamond League she beats her housemate and friend Laura Muir. In the second lap she secured her victory and wins in 1:59.76 minutes. She finished her season with a great race and her fifth international victory this year. She said: “It was good, my race plan went entirely out of the window but I was able to adapt and finish my season with a win.”
