Mo Ahmed smashes Canadian 5k Indoor Record

Mo Ahmed (Bowerman Track Club) won the Boston University Last Chance Meet in 13:04.60min; taking 15sec off the previous national indoor 5k record, which was held by Cam Levins.

Ahmed is now holding three official Canadian Records.

Also Ben True (Saucony) set a new PP order valtrex online canada of 13:06.74min, as well as Woody Kincaid who ran 13:12.22min (PB) in his first race as a professional runner.

Ahmed’s training partner Chris Derrick (Bowerman Track Club) finished 8th in 13:19.35min. All four athletes ran well under the required qualification standard for this year’s World Championships.
